Information about visits to St Nicholas’ Fortress

In the 2019 tourism season St Nicholas' Fortress in the significant landscape Channel-Port in Šibenik opens its doors to visitors.

For the time being, due to demanding restoration and conservation works, it is only possible to visit St Nicholas’ Fortress if you take a boat trip organized by the Public Institution Nature of the Šibenik-Knin County.

Information Centre

The boat to St Nicholas’ Fortress leaves and arrives at the Šibenik waterfront, at a berth called Krka, near the junction of Obala hrvatske mornarice and Obala Dr Franje Tuđmana.

Visitor center "St Anthony's Channel'' is located in the Minerska bay in the St Anthony's channel in front of the city of Šibenik.

Open Door Day as part of the Night of the Fortresses

St Nicholas' Fortress of on Saturday, April 30, reopens its doors to visitors in the season of visiting 2022. Tickets to St Nicholas' Fortress are free for all visitors on both tours (at 10:00 am and 12:30 pm).
