* Children under 6 and kindergarten groups get free entrance, receiving no audio-visual mobile guide with headphones.

** Tourist guides licensed to guide in the Šibenik-Knin County are entitled to a free ticket, upon presentation of a valid document.

*** For school groups, prior notice and appropriate confirmation by the institution/school are required. School group leaders and teachers are free of charge.

**** The service of an additional guide from the Public Institution Nature of Šibenik-Knin County for separate groups or individual visitors is possible with prior notice by e-mail and is subject to availability.

***** Pensioners and seniors over 65, students, persons with disabilities and their assistants/carer, Homeland War veterans and family members of deceased or missing Croatian veterans are entitled to a more favourable ticket price at the Information Centre of St Nicholas’ Fortress and at the Visitor Centre St Anthony’s Channel upon presentation of a valid document.

****** Friends of the Landscape Guardians Club, in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions and the membership conditions and its benefits of the Friends of the Landscape Guardians Club, includes the right to two visits to the St Nicholas’ Fortress during the ongoing organized visiting season and an unlimited number of visits to the Visitor Centre St Anthony’s Channel in Minerska Bay during the Visitor Centre's opening hours, with prior notice and subject to availability during the validity of the ticket. Residents of Šibenik-Knin County receive a discount when joining the Friends of the Landscape Guardians Club in the amount of 50% of the membership fee.

• The ticket is valid for a one-time visit to the St Nicholas’ Fortress, which is located in the naturally protected area of the significant landscape Channel-Port, that takes approximately 2 hours.
• The ticket price includes: organized boat transport in connection with visiting the St Nicholas’ Fortress through the significant landscape Channel-Port and the UNESCO buffer zone, a guide onboard and at the St Nicholas’ Fortress, the option of using audio-visual mobile guides with headphones and visitor insurance.
• Visitors presenting a single ticket for the St Nicholas’ Fortress at the point of sale/POS (Visitor Centre St Anthony’s Channel or the Information Centre of St Nicholas’ Fortress) receive a 20% discount on the ticket price to the Visitor Centre St Anthony’s Channel. The ticket date must not exceed 30 days. Discounts are not cumulative.
• Visitors presenting a single ticket for the Visitor Centre St Anthony’s Channel or a family ticket at the point of sale/POS (at the Visitor Centre St Anthony’s Channel or the Information Centre of St Nicholas’ Fortress), receive a 20% discount on the ticket price for visiting the St Nicholas’ Fortress. The ticket date must not exceed 30 days. Discounts are not cumulative.
• Visitors purchasing a single ticket for Visitor Centre St Anthony’s Channel or a family ticket and a single ticket for the St Nicholas’ Fortress at the POS (at the Visitor Centre St Anthony’s Channel or the Information Centre of St Nicholas’ Fortress) receive a combined discount of 20% on the price of both tickets. Tickets are purchased for a specific date and specific time of the scheduled boat tours.
• Visitors presenting a ticket at the point of sale from a partner the Šibenik-Knin County Public Institution Nature has signed a Business Cooperation Agreement with regarding partnership cooperation in the promotion and sale of tickets, will receive a discount of 10% up to 20% at most. The ticket date must not exceed 7 days. Discounts are not cumulative.
• A group of visitors has to have at least 19 persons. The maximum group size depends on the capacity of the boat. The group must be notified in writing to the Public Institution Nature of Šibenik-Knin County at least 24 hours prior to the boat departure in order to receive the group ticket price.
• Tickets can be purchased via webshop at www.kanal.svetog-ante.com and at the POS of Information Centre of St Nicholas’ Fortress, Obala dr Franje Tuđmana 4, 22 000 Šibenik and at the Visitor Centre St Anthony’s Channel.
• A business partner is any business entity that has a regulated business relationship with the Public Institution Nature of Šibenik-Knin County based on a Business Cooperation Agreement, regarding organized visits to the St Nicholas’ Fortress.
• Based on the Business Cooperation Agreement, the business partner is entitled to a 10% discount on price categories from items 1, 2, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10 and 11 of the Price List, i.e. the right to a special discount, if their contractual obligations are duly fulfilled, i.e. attracts more than 100 visitors - a 2% discount will be granted; more than 200 visitors - a 4% discount will be granted; more than 300 visitors - a 6% discount will be granted; more than 400 visitors - a 8% discount will be granted; and more than 500 visitors - a 10% discount will be granted.
• All visitors must have a ticket to visit the St Nicholas’ Fortress before boarding. Visitors who have purchased a ticket via webshop can board with a printed ticket or can use the barcode displayed on their smartphone.
• All single orders and tickets purchased via webshop are binding and final, therefore cannot be cancelled or changed. If a print@home ticket is not used, it cannot be returned and refunded.
• The Public Institution Nature of Šibenik-Knin County reserves the right to cancel specific departure date of the boat that provides organized transportation of visitors in the event of "force majeure" (unfavourable weather conditions, boat engine failure, etc.) along with the obligation to refund the ticket payment.
• Any copying, distribution, transmission, publication or modification of tickets is prohibited.
• Ticket prices are expressed in euros and exempt from VAT in accordance with Article 39, paragraph 1, item n) of the Value Added Tax Act.
• Membership prices for the Friends of the Landscape Guardians Club are expressed in euros and exempt from VAT in accordance with Article 90 of the Value Added Tax Act.
• The Public Institution Nature of Šibenik-Knin County is currently not subject to VAT, and in case of VAT liability, the prices listed in the Price List for visits to the St Nicholas’ Fortress in the significant landscape Channel-Port in the Friends of the Landscape Guardians Club membership category will be increased by the amount of the regular VAT rate of 25%.
• Pursuant to a Decision, the Manager of the Public Institution Nature of Šibenik-Knin County may grant permission to visit the St Nicholas’ Fortress without charging ticket fees or at a discounted ticket fee due to the celebration of significant dates, and based on individual requests from individuals, groups, associations and/or institutions, for social reasons, for the purpose of promotion, education or the process of cooperation.

All income generated by the Public Institution Nature of Šibenik-Knin County in accordance with the Price List herein is used for the activities of the Public Institution Nature of Šibenik-Knin County.

The Public Institution Nature of Šibenik-Knin County reserves the right to amend the price list and the timetable of the boat tours throughout the year.
